Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, The Town of Apex is accepting sealed bids for the following for Apex Columbarium Niches.

Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday August 28, 2025, and opened immediately thereafter and publicly read at Apex Purchasing Department,105 Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, in Purchasing and Contracts Manager Steve Maynard’s Office.

Sealed bids should be submitted to the Town of Apex, 105 Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, Attn: Steve Maynard and marked “Apex Columbarium Niches”. Do not open until “Thursday August 28,2025.”
