BIG BRANCH 1 PUMP STATION (Apex, NC)

Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, sealed bids will be received by the Town of Apex for the furnishing of all materials and construction of the Big Branch 1 Pump Station.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Big Branch 1 Pump Station will be received by RXR Len Apex Owner, LLC, at the Town of Apex Water Resources Dept, 105-B Upchurch St, Apex, NC 27502, until 2:00 PM local time on November 7, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists of constructing one quad-plex submersible sewer pump station with a buildout capacity of approximately 9.0 MGD, featuring an ~36’ x 45’ wet well with grinder & bar screen in influent channels, four 231 HP submersible pumps, liquid & vapor phase odor control systems, electrical building, generator, associated piping, and other scope items described in the plans/specifications.
