Description:

Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, sealed bids will be received by the Town of Apex for the furnishing of all materials and construction of the Big Branch 1 Force Main and Water Line.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Big Branch 1 Force Main and Water Line will be received by RXR Len Apex Owner, LLC, at the Town of Apex Water Resources Dept, 105-B Upchurch St, Apex, NC 27502, until 2:00 PM local time on November 7, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project consists of constructing approximately 5,670 linear feet of 20-inch force main, 3,475 linear feet of 12” water main, and 2,385 linear feet of 8” water main, including all associated appurtenances.
