Town N Country/Rocky Creek Troydale Rd. and S. Lagoon St. Wastewater Expansion

Project Description: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department requires a qualified Contractor to provide and experienced Contractors to replace existing septic tanks with a centralized vacuum sewer collection system. The proposed force main extension begins at the previous phase termination on South Lagoon Street and continues along the length of South Lagoon Street with a branch that runs the length of Troydale Road estimated at $3,014,150.00.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 4.7 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
