Town Hill Road Superpave Project

Project Description: Latimore Township will receive sealed bids via PennBid for Town Hill Road, York Springs, PA until 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, February 23, 2026, and immediately thereafter, the bids will be “opened” and read aloud the Township office, 559 Old US Route 15, York Springs, PA 17372. Town Hill Road project will be a paving project.
Each road project will appear as separate jobs on PennBid. All bid documents are available online at no cost at the PennBid website: https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. Latimore Township reserves the right to reject and and all bids and to award the bid to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
Notice is hereby given of a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Latimore Township to be held at the Township office at 559 Old US Route 15, York Springs, PA 17372 on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of consideration and award of the above-described bids and any and all other business properly before the Board. In the event that bids are not awarded at such special meeting, the bids may be awarded at a regular meeting of Latimore Township held within 60 days after the bid date. Regular meetings of the Township are held at the Township offices on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time.
