General Project Information: The project consists of the demolition of the existing concrete
ramp, stair and guard & handrail system, exterior siding and trim repair and preparation for
new painting. Construction of a new concrete ramp and stair and the installation of new guard
and handrail system. The painting of the entire exterior façade, with alternates for HVAC and
granite step repair.
