2026-2027 TOWING & STORING SERVICES

Sealed bids will be received by the Auditor’s Office in an envelope marked “BID FOR 2026 - 2027 TOWING & STORING SERVICES” attention Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio, Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801, until 10:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time of Ohio, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.  The Purchasing Department is located on the 3 ^rd floor of the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio.  The outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified.  Bids will then be opened and read aloud for:

TO PROVIDE TOWING SERVICES (as defined in Chapter 1802.02), FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE ENFORCEMENT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF LIMA FOR THE 2026 & 2027 CALENDAR YEARS.

This work shall be performed in accordance with specifications available in the Department of Housing & Neighborhoods, located on the 2 ^nd floor of the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio until 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time of Ohio on Wednesday, May 27,2026.  Bidders can also find specifications on the City’s website at www.cityhall.lima.oh.us by accessing the Purchasing link located on the Auditor’s page.
