General Statement of Work
This project is Phase 1 of the rehabilitation of the Tower Road Sanitary Sewer Interceptor. Phase 1 extends from 59th Avenue to 68th Avenue. This phase includes eight (8) point repairs and 5,974 feet of cured in place pipe lining. The point repairs will include excavations to approximately 30 feet and replacing manholes and pipe. Associated required work will include traffic control and bypass pumping.

Prequalification: Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1E(2) Sewer Rehabilitation at or above the $10,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City’s Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors.
