Tottie's Place Connector Project

The City of Clemson is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2025 Tottie’s Place Connector Project. The proposed scope of work includes approximately 600 LF of 10 FT wide multi-use trail connecting the lower portion of the parking lot in Ashley Dearing Park to the parking lot in Totties Place Park.  The trail construction consists of three types of construction to account for potential unsuitable soils.  The project also includes the installation of new drainage structures, a 15' wide ditch, and permanent stabilization through sod and seed & straw to restore the area after construction.

Two (2) non-mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held on January 22, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST and on January 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. The site visits will begin in Ashley Dearing Park, located at 1020 Berkeley Drive, Clemson, SC 29631.

Bids will be received until February 10, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST and promptly thereafter all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is February 3, 2026, 2:00 p.m. EST.
