Description

This procurement is set aside for service disabled Veteran owned businesses that can be verified in the small business administration (SBA) VetCert database. Please see the performance work statement (PWS) and Attachment A: Information Addendum and Technical Evaluation Factors, for details on the requirement, expectations and instructions. This is a service contract and Service Contract Act wages apply with the exception of two contract line items CLINs, headstone initial and replacement install and headstone raise and realignment - in which Davis-Bacon Act wages apply.
