TOS No. 45 - Pre-Design Services for the Mulholland Drive Improvements between Saltillo Street and Trinidad Road Project

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering, Street Improvement Division is seeking a consultant that will provide pre-design services for redesigning the unpaved section of Mulholland Drive between Saltillo Street and Trinidad Road. Tasks include identification of property needs, geotechnical constraints, preliminary environmental review, drainage analysis, evaluation of proposed paving improvements, exiting tree inventory, road safety assessment, and conceptual renderings of proposed improvements. The deliverable will be a fully comprehensive Pre-Design Report.

*Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of Schedule A must be registered with RAMP.
