TOS #BSS-002: Urban Transit Amenities Financial Assessment and Strategic Planning

The objective of this task order is to engage a consultant to assess the financial status of the UTA, which encompasses the STAP and the BBP. The consultant will develop strategies to improve the fiscal health of these programs and identify investment opportunities to enhance bus stop infrastructure. Additionally, the consultant will evaluate the Bus Bench Program’s operational structure and future, providing recommendations on whether to extend the current contract, modify it, or pursue a new RFP. This initiative aims to ensure sustainable operations and equitable improvements across Los Angeles’ transit amenities.
