The City of O'Fallon, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for topsoil backfill dirt & sandy
loam. Specifications are available at www.ofallonmo.gov/bid-opportunities.
Interested vendors should submit sealed bids clearly marked "Bid #26-030 Topsoil
Backfill Dirt & Sandy Loam" to the City of O'Fallon, Attn: Christine Grabin, Purchasing
Agent, 100 North Main Street, O'Fallon, MO 63366 by 2:00 P.M. CDT on May 13, 2026.
The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any
irregularities. The City of O'Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or
best bidder as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
