RE: ADDENDUM #1, BID NO. 20260350, TOPSOIL - ANNUAL CONTRACT
Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or clarify
the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid. These items
have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
The County will order a minimum of fifty (50) cubic yards of topsoil per delivery. No orders will be placed below
this minimum quantity. Bidders shall base all quoted unit prices on a minimum order quantity of fifty (50) or more
cubic yards.
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260350. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
