(https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for 2026 33 45-Tons Neat of Bulk Liquid Zinc Orthophosphate “Carus 3280 or Approved Equal” until 10:00am, August 12th, 2026 at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website.
