Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or
clarify the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid.
These items have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: QUESTION/ANSWER
Q1. According to Addendum #3, A1, the answer includes "labor/materials for potential repairs." Please clarify, as
without knowing how many piles, lengths, etc. we cannot price out labor and materials.
A1. The 2024 Underwater Report details 68 piles with jackets to be inspected. The pile jackets vary from 12" to 24" below the
top of the marine growth.
Q2. Regarding BID ITEM 400-150: Cleaning and Sealing Existing Concrete Surface, on page 31 of the specs
provided, it states the County shall specify the material? Please advise.
A2. The bridge is to be painted with Sherwin Williams, color French Moire.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260369.
Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
