     1          ea               Core Winder to wind (2) ply cores on 1-5/8 diameter x approximately 102 length
                                        (length TBD).  
                                        Machinery to include:
                                            -dual unwind stands to hold parent rolls with devices to allow for skew, side
                                              & brake tension drag adjustments, typically 60 diameter parent roll capacity,
                                              Stands to be mounted to floor
                                            -stainless steel glue box w/various lead-in adjustable rollers & central glue drum
                                             Drum rolls to provide a continuous film of glue against one of the webs as it moves
                                             toward the mandrel.  Cover to be provided with the glue box to contain when not in 
                                             use.  To be designed for cold glue application.
                                            -winding section with dual winding drums, winding belt & 1-5/8 OD mandrel.
                                             Drum section is pivotal to allow for angular correction of winding belt.  Drums 
                                             to be driven by direct drive motor, drive controls for machine to be in a cabinet 
                                             mounted to the backside of the winder with control panel easily accessible to the
                                             operator.
                                            -cut off saw to be housed in a separate enclosure with clear cover for visibility.  Saw to 
                                             Be shaft mounted and belt driven to allow the entire mechanism to pneumatically acuate
                                             And travel with the core as it cuts to produce a clean, straight end cut.
                                            -roll off table to be mounted at the end of the line to accept the cut cores & direct them
                                             to a cart where they will neatly stack.  (2) carts to be provided with machine
                                            -emergency stops to be included and located where required.  Safety guarding is included
                                            -set up and training to be included
