TOHOPEKALIGA WATER AUTHORITY (TOHO) - 2025 LINE OR LIQUIDITY FACILITY

Project Description: Tohopekaliga Water Authority (“Toho”) hereby solicits proposals to provide a tax-exempt revolving variable rate line of credit liquidity facility from financial institutions in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Invitation to Negotiate (“ITN”) in a principal amount not to exceed $80,000,000. Alternatively, a fixed rate loan to be advanced fully on the closing date may be considered for all or a portion of the facility (the “Facility”). No offering statement, nor any other type of disclosure document related to the proposed Facility will be prepared, and no credit rating or CUSIP number will be requested.
NOTE: Interest on the Facility will be tax-exempt.
