DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT/SERVICES:
Roofing services for roof repairs and new roofs on state park buildings in the Lakes and Mountain Regions. The region
consists of Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Chester, Edgefield, Fairfield, Greenville, Greenwood, Lancaster, Laurens,
McCormick, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Saluda, Spartanburg, Union, and York Counties.

Contractors interested in submitting a proposal must contact the Agency Project Coordinator and obtain a Contractor's
Statement of Qualifications & Questionaire. The Contractor will review the Selection Criteria listed in the form and verify
it can meet or exceed the Criteria. The Contractor will complete the form, provide any additional documentation required
by the Criteria, and submit it to the Agency at the address noted below by the submittal due date and time noted above.
Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for each Task Order, each in
the amount of 100% of the contract price.
Task Order Contracts and Task Orders will be awarded in accordance with Chapter 9 of Manual for Planning and
Execution of State Permanent Improvements fount at https://procurement.sc.gov/manual

LICENSURE: To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the
requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended at the time of resume submission.
