Tobacco Product Tax Stamps

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Tobacco Product Tax Stamps to the Georgia Department of Revenue (hereinafter, "the State Entity", "DOR", and "Department") as further described in this eRFP.

The Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR) is seeking one supplier who will provide Tobacco Product Tax Stamps. The supplier must be able to perform all services and supply all goods outlined in the Scope of Work, including but not limited to manufacturing the tobacco tax stamps, have a system interface capable to receive electronic transmission of orders from the Department's integrated system, process the orders as approved, ship all orders directly to the distributor by the specified carrier information provided, maintain sufficient inventory at a secure facility, and transfer information on that order to DOR's system via a batch transfer process.
