To Supply Fabrication Services

Scope of Work: SaskEnergy’s intent is to award a contract for the fabrication and supply of various central warehouse fabrication products including but not limited to Rotary Meter Sets, Test Nipples, Sonic Nozzles, Guard Posts, Sign Posts, Brackets, Rectifier Stands, and Dead Service Masts. Estimated quantities, delivery dates, and product drawings will be provided where available in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The successful bidder will be expect to inventory some product.

The following will be mandatory (Pass/Fail) required for this RFP. Proposal that do not meet these requirements will not be evaluated:

The Proponent must meet SaskEnergy’s welding procedures and qualifications.

Minimum qualifications acceptable to SaskEnergy are: Millwright or Certified Welder with a

minimum of three (3) years experience.

Proponents that are submitting a proposal for rotary meter sets must have experience within the last five (5) years fabricating Natural Gas carrying goods that meet or exceed the specifications as listed in the RFP.

References must be satisfactory to SaskEnergy, in its sole discretion.

SaskEnergy may, in its sole discretion, reject the proposal if the proponent, or any member of the proponent, is currently engaged in a dispute with SaskEnergy involving mediation, arbitration or litigation.
