This Addendum is issued in accordance with the IFB Terms & Conditions and is intended to provide

additional information and clarification to Respondents.

This Addendum consists of one (1) item which is listed below and is an integral part of the IFB to which it

is attached, and is incorporated therein and made part thereof by this reference.

Item 1 – Changes To IFB

1. Change Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visit from February 3, 2026 at 8:30 am to February 17, 2026

at 11:00 am.

2. Change Question Deadline Date and Time to February 18, 2026 at 12:00 pm.

3. Change Bid Opening and Due Date to March 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm. The Solicitation Opening
