25-004 To Provide Professional CMAR Services for the Terminal Building at Pensacola Int'l Airport

It is the intent of this solicitation to select a construction management firm to provide pre-construction and at-risk construction management services for the construction of the Terminal Building Expansion Project at Pensacola International Airport.

The Airport seeks to construct a new Security Screening Check Point, new Concourse, and associated airfield and landside civil engineering projects to connect the new facility to existing infrastructure. Work will include various activities conducted within the Security Identification Display Area and the Sterile areas of the Airport, and the construction management firm will be required to meet clearance requirements of the Transportation Security Administration to obtain and maintain Airport badges.
