It is the intention of the Authority to issue a Notice of Award for the procurement of "WEIGH-IN-MOTION SYSTEM (WIM)".

SITE INSPECTION

A mandatory Site Inspection will be held on July 23, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Herbertsville Commercial Vehicle Inspection Weigh Station location at Mile Marker 94.7 Garden State Parkway South. The Authority will provide prospective bidders the opportunity to view the weight station. Prospective Bidders MUST notify Christina Montgomery at montgomery@njta.com no later than July 22, 2025 if attending the mandatory site visit. Failure to attend the Site Visit shall result in rejection of a bidder’s bid proposal.
