Title: RFQual # SAML 0526 –  Signature Artwork at the Main Lobby – Indianapolis EMS

Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) is inviting Art Schools, Universities,and Maker Space artists to submit qualifications for the design and creation of a signature artwork installation at the new Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services (Indianapolis EMS) Headquarters. The purpose of this RFQual is to identify a qualified artist team (“Artist”) to design, develop, and install a permanent art installation on a designated wall within the Indianapolis EMS Lobby,  who can create an engaging, inspiring, community-centered artwork. Reproductions or work previously exhibited elsewhere will not be accepted.

There will be a pre-proposal conference for this RFQual. The meeting will be held via WebEx on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 10 a.m. EST. The URL to access the conference is:

Responses to the RFQual must be submitted through the Ariba system.

All responses to the RFQual will be received by the Purchasing Department by 3 p.m. EST on or before Wednesday, July 15, 2026. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline.
