Title RFQ #25-03 Continuing Contract Engineering Services

REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONTINUING CONTRACT ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Avon Park, Florida is accepting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from engineering consulting firms interested in providing “Continuing Contract” engineering design, consultation and supervision services for various projects qualifying under Florida’s Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055 F.S. Firms will be selected based on qualifications in accordance with the CCNA, with an emphasis on: Industrial wastewater regulation; Standard Specifications for construction of utility facilities; Inspection of utility facility construction; Underground Utilities; Stormwater and Flood Plain Management; Civil Engineering; Roadway Design; Grant Management Assistance; Architecture; and Electrical Engineering.

One original of the SOQ and Letter of Interest, two hard copies, and one electronic copy in pdf format on a USB thumb-drive of the SOQs from interested firms must be delivered at or before 2:00 P.M. on February 28, 2025, addressed to the City Clerk, City of Avon Park, Florida, 110 East Main Street, Avon Park, FL 33825.
