Title: RFP # SCMI 0825 – SAP Cloud Migration
08/15/2025 – 10/7/2025
Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced implementation partners to assist with the migration of its current SAP S/4HANA environment to the cloud. HHC has decided it will move to a private cloud (SAP RISE), currently evaluating options for a Hyperscaler. Go Live for SAP S4/HANA in the cloud is projected for Jan. 1, 2027, with an expected start date of March 1, 2026.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference for this RFP. The meeting will be held via Webex on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025, at 10 a.m. EST. The URL to access the conference is:

Responses to the RFP must be submitted through the SAP Ariba system.
All responses to the RFP will be received by the Purchasing Department by 3 p.m. EST on or before Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline.
