Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide fall protection improvements across select HHC-owned or operated facilities. The selected partner will work in collaboration with the Environmental Health & Safety Department and shall furnish all necessary labor and equipment needed to complete the work in accordance with the Scope of Work as outlined in the RFP.

There will be a pre-proposal conference for this RFP. The meeting will be held via WebEx on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 1 p.m. EST. The URL to access the conference is:

Responses to the RFP must be submitted through the Ariba system.

All responses to the RFP will be received by the Purchasing Department by 3 p.m. EST on or before Tuesday, July 7, 2026. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline.
