Title: RFP # DPMS 0825 –  Dental Practice Management Software Solution

Proposals are being requested by Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County (HHC) d/b/a Marion County Public Health Department (MCPHD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Dental Practice Management Software Solution. The goal is to implement a modern, efficient, and integrated system that supports clinical and administrative workflows for MCPHD’s Dental Health program, including but not limited to registration and scheduling, dental patient charting, real-time eligibility, ePrescribe, imaging integration, dental billing, and insurance processing.

There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference for this RFP. The meeting will be held via WebEx on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 10 a.m. EST. The URL to access the conference is:

Responses to the RFP must be submitted through the SAP Ariba system.

All responses to the RFP will be received by the Purchasing Department by 3 p.m. EST on or before Thursday, September 25, 2025. No proposals will be accepted after this deadline.

HHC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to waive any irregularities in proposals.
