Title Insurance Services for the County of Mercer

The County of Mercer seeks proposals for title insurance services for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend one (1) year through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. County agencies will have the ability to secure services through this contract. The County holds the right to award multiple contracts.

MERCER COUNTY SET-ASIDE PROGRAM :The County of Mercer invites and encourages qualified Minority (MBE), Woman (WBE), Veteran (VBE) or Small Business (SBE) Enterprises to respond to this request for proposal. The County of Mercer through Ordinance No. 2018-5 established a Set-Aside Program.
