Description

The City of Houston is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) services for Citywide Capital Improvement Program projects funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and Public Assistance (PA) programs. Services will support flood mitigation and wastewater infrastructure projects during the construction phase and may include construction administration, management, and inspection services delivered through individual work authorizations. The Consultant will coordinate with Houston Public Works, contractors, and the City’s FEMA liaison to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including those related to FEMA-funded and, where applicable, Consent Decree projects.
