ROLLA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

2025-26 TIRE & OIL BID

Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025, AT 9:30 AM for Tires & Oil. Bids will be opened at approximately 9:45 am.

Please refer to the item list below. Please note that the accepted bid must be honored July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

The Rolla 31 School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Criteria for consideration will include bid requirements, prior successful experience with the district, quality of service, and cost.

Bids may be mailed, hand delivered or emailed. If bids are emailed, you must receive a “Confirmation of Receipt” via email from Amy Luebbert in order to assure receipt. Please mark your bids “TIRE BID or OIL BID” and send to:

OIL ITEMS FOR BID

Vendor shall provide oil analysis at no charge, conducted by a laboratory unaffiliated with the vendor. Two (2) analyses will be provided per bus, per oil change. Prices must be honored July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.

TIRE ITEMS FOR BID

Descriptive literature and technical specifications must accompany all bids. Only bids offering new tires will be considered. Prices must be honored July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
