The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension ("BCA"), a division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety ("DPS"), is looking for a Contractor to provide scientific analysis and comparison of tire impressions for criminal cases. The awarded Contractor will also provide expert witness services, including testimony, as may be required or requested in corresponding criminal cases.
