25-067-7 Tioga Rail Infrastructure Repair Project

Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (“PhilaPort”) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (“IFB”) to meet the needs of PhilaPort to satisfy a need for Tioga Rail Infrastructure Repair Project. The work to be performed is described in Part III and IV of this IFB and the Contract Documents (the
“Project” or “Work”). All of the Work is required to be performed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date the notice to proceed is issued. If PhilaPort enters into a contract as a result of this IFB, it will be a contract containing the Construction Contract Terms and Conditions
as shown in Part V, and the Special Rail Transportation Assistance Program Grant Terms and Conditions in Part VI of this IFB.
