PA Department of Transportation, Engineering District 3-7 Tioga County PennDOT, 6 Berwart Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901 is soliciting bids for the procurement of Grade Rocks and Footer Rocks. The bid shall include delivery to SR 2027 Canoe Camp Creek Road, Mansfield, PA 16933. This work will be supplying and delivering of the rocks to the jobs site by April 1, 2026. See the attached statement of work for complete details. Statement of Work

Tioga County PennDOT is seeking quotes for Grade Rocks and Footer Rocks for a stream project on SR 2027 Segment 60 Offset 2565 (Canoe Camp Creek Road) Mansfield, PA 16933.

• Delivery of this material is estimated to be April 1, 2026.

• The dimensions that are needed for this project are as follows:

• Twenty-one (21) each Grade Rocks 12” x 24”x 12”

• Forty-two (42) each Footer Rocks 24” x 36” x 24”

We do not have a preference on the type of rock that is used.

• *Your quote must be inclusive of all charges including delivery to the site. PennDOT cannot be charged for energy surcharges, trip fees, small load fees or any other fees incorporated by the contractor.

• PennDOT will offload the material.

• A copy of the Rock Step Pool Details page has been included and attached as Exhibit A for your reference.

• All quantities are estimated.
