Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods described in the attached sole source documentation and products and services listed below, should respond to this Sole Source by the specified date. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “project documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”. If applicable, upload documentation to support your position.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.
