Submission: Qualified interested contractors will submit a proposal (10 pages maximum) by 2:00 pm MST on February 6, 2025. The proposal shall be in DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, or PDF format and should be submitted electronically via email to dave.epstein@jacobs.com.
