NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to procure two (2) time servers to support the Harfang and Flare Track systems used for aircraft countermeasure assessment. The time servers will synchronize, and timestamp all captured data using PTP, IRIG-B, and NTP protocols, support multiple time reference sources with automatic prioritization if a primary source fails, and timestamp trigger signals generated by test equipment.

The procurement includes a priced option for two (2) 8230AJ GPS/GNSS Anti-GPS signal jamming antennas, which may be exercised at Canada’s discretion.

The delivery is requested at 2459 Route De La Bravoure Bat 10 port 7, Valcartier, QC G3J 1X5 Canada by December 31st,2025.

Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number and the NSCM/CAGE they are offering.

The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
