5740-25000 Time & Material Contract Bidding

Milwaukee County is seeking to create a centralized pool of contracts which any County department may draw from to complete maintenance and repair projects, as needed. Multiple awards per T&M contract type. Awarded contract does not guarantee work. Separate bid submittal in Bid Express for each T&M contract type. Milwaukee County and the contractor will negotiate the scope of each project on a case-by-case basis. Bidding document distribution will be online in Bid Express internet Bidding System at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/24937/home . Contracts will be awarded for: General Construction, Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation, Electrical, Carpet and Flooring, Metal Fabrication, Landscaping, Native Plants Landscaping and Asphalt.

Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: Optional online on July 9th, 2025 at 3:00pm. Teams link to meeting to be posted on Bid Express or email michelle.johnson@milwaukeecountywi.gov

Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, July 23rd, 2025. Bids are to be completed online in Bid Express internet Bidding System at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/24937/home
