Sealed Bids for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.   The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing office will be the determining time.

Bid Documents and bid forms may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Dept. webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

There will be a pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 9:00 AM.  The meeting will be held at Bald Hill & Wood Hill Reservation located on 288 High Plain Road in Andover, MA.  All prospective bidders are STRONGLY urged to attend.   The meeting will begin in the parking lot at 288 High Plain Road in Andover, MA.

There is no Security required on this Bid.

The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
