The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to establish a Contract to furnish all equipment and labor to perform Pre-Commercial Thinning (PCT) services for the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) in the Tillamook District in Northwest Oregon. There are four (4) units containing 654 acres to be pre-commercially thinned. The successful low Offeror will begin this contract on November 11, 2025, with all work to be completed by May 31, 2026.
