Tile Replacement

Amendment A0001- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to potenial offerors.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number D-25-TR-0012 is being used as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is under NAICS 238340 Tile and Terrazzo Contractors. Please see the attached Statement of Work for detailed requirement information. All quotes shall be on an all or none basis, alternate quotes will not be accepted. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror whose quote presents the best value to the government. This requirement is set aside for SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. The DEA Training Academy requires the replacement of the tiles and miscellaneous flooring accessories in the Raid House- Hogan’s Alley Location. The area is approximately 2000 SQ FT. Please see Request for Quote(RFQ), statement of work and floor plan attached for specific details.

DEA scheduled a mandatory site visit to review existing conditions, locations, quantities, and any other relevant information prior to the submission of quotes. This site visit is a mandatory requirement to provide a quote for this project. The MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for 11:00am EST on 11/12/2024. All interested vendors must submit a Request for Access form by 11/6/2024 at 5:00p.m via email to William “Bill” Norris at William.H.Norris@dea.gov. and Abrell, Les D. Leslie.D.Abrell@dea.gov. Please USMC attachment for acceptable forms of identification. No questions will be accepted or answered during the site visit.

Any questions must be submitted in writing by email to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov no later than 11/13/2024 at 10:00am EST. The deadline for quote submission is November 18, 2024, at 10:00am EST. Quotes must include pricing and applicable capability statements and responses to all evaluation factors listed below. All submissions (questions and/or quotes) shall be submitted electronically to Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov with the RFQ number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or quotes) will be accepted.
