TIFTON GEMA GENERATOR PROJECT

The City of Tifton is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms for the selection of backup generators as part of the City's GEMA-funded generator project. Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Office of the City Manager located at Tifton City Hall, 130 E. 1st Street, Tifton, GA 31794, until Friday, June 26, 2026, 2:00 PM, at which time they will be opened and acknowledged.

Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents: Complete digital specifications and contract documents are available at . You may view the digital documents for free by entering the Quest project number 10225064 on the website's project search page. The fee to download the digital documents is $200 (non-refundable) payable through the website. A proposal will not be considered by the Owner unless the Proposer is on record with Quest/ESG Engineering, Inc. and having purchased and received complete Proposal Documents. Proposals will be evaluated based on the selection criteria detailed in the proposal requirements and will factor in the quality, performance, reliability, and cost of the proposed equipment and firm.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, 2:00 PM, Tifton City Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 130 E. 1st Street, Tifton, GA 31794.
