TIE North Quonset Hut Debris Removal and Cleaning

Project Description: The University of Texas at Austin (“University”) on behalf of Texas Institute for Electronics (TIE)
requests bids in response to this Invitation to Bid no. 721-25090 (“ITB”) from qualified and experienced vendors (“Bidders”) for service to removal all debris and clean the North Quonset Hut at TIE Microelectronics Research Center Montopolis Campus located at 2706 Montopolis Drive, Austin, Texas 78741.
Overview of scope of work: Remove, dispose, and haul off all debris in the North Quonset Hut; approximately 2100 square feet. Debris includes office furniture, signage, and other miscellaneous items. Clean the interior of the Quonset Hut. Complete scope of work can be found in Section 5.
