The intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a ticketed special event. To qualify for this RFP, Event Producers must have at least 5 years’ experience producing safe, secure special events. Selection criteria shall include the Event Producer’s experience and track record, the scope of the planned event, marketing and promotion, and budget. Only one proposal may be selected.
