Three-Year Contract for Generator Maintenance Inspection Program; Spec #11-03/26

Project Description: The intent of this bid is to contract for a Planned Maintenance Inspection Program for Generator Sets at various locations throughout the County. This contract shall start on or about May 1, 2026, will run for three years, and includes the option to extend the contract for one additional one-year period.
Bidders MUST make a site visit at each generator on the generator list. The department contact, or designated representative must sign the bidder’s Site Visit Verification Sheet, included in the Specifications to verify the site visit. Bids submitted without the Mandatory Site Visit Verification Sheet signature page, will not be considered. Appointments must be made to schedule all site visits, contact information is provided for each location. All site visits must be completed by February 18, 2026.
