Three-Year Contract for Elevator Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service; Spec #12-03/26

Project Description: The intent of this bid is to contract for elevator preventative maintenance and repair service across several County office locations and facilities. This unit cost contract shall start on or about May 1, 2026, will run for three years and includes the option to extend the contract for one additional one-year period.
Each Bidder shall examine each building site to familiarize himself with conditions at the building and the equipment as it pertains to this maintenance and repair service contract. Bidders must schedule a site-visit with the contact listed for that site and have that contact person sign the Site Location Verification for each car at each site. This must be submitted with bidder's bid response. All site visits must be completed by February 18, 2026.
