Description:

Separate sealed Bids will be received for the Three Springs Third Well Development project at 3380 Three Springs Road, McGaheysville, VA. The work includes installation of a 3,150 gpm vertical turbine pump at a previously cased and capped well, construction of well building and piping, approximately 950 linear feet of 12" raw water main and fiberoptic conduit to the existing water treatment plant, and appurtenances.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00AM local prevailing time Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Rockingham County Water Treatment Plant at 3380 Three Springs Road, McGaheysville, VA. Site visit will follow the meeting.
