RFP# ELE/260570 Three-Phase Meter Test Board
Scope of Work
Ocala Electric Utility (OEU) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to furnish a fully integrated, Three-Phase Meter Test Board designed to perform comprehensive accuracy, functionality, and operational testing of solid-state electric meters used throughout OEU’s metering program. The furnished system shall be a complete, turnkey solution that in-cludes all required hardware, software, accessories, documentation, training, and support services necessary for successful installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation.
The proposed system shall deliver high accuracy, operational reliability, and user-friendly functionality, while supporting current testing standards and anticipated future metering technologies. All components of the system shall be fully compatible and integrated to al-low seamless performance of all required testing functions.
The vendor shall provide all equipment, materials, and services—including future software updates, on-site training, and data integration capabilities—to ensure that the system inter-faces effectively with OEU’s existing systems of record.
