Bid Description:
Northern Wasco County PUD invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for Three Mile Control Enclosure. The project involves construction modifications to the existing Northern Wasco County PUD Three Mile Substation to replace existing relays, controls, and circuitry, and construct a CMU Control Building with all new building devices and ancillary equipment to be housed in the new substation Control Building. The estimated cost for this project is $250,000-$400,000. There is no high or medium voltage construction required as part of this project and the existing substation site contains an area free of equipment for construction of the new control building and its foundation.

Pre-Bid Meeting:
NWCPUD will host an optional pre-bid conference on April 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM followed by an optional site-walk at 11:00 AM. You may attend in person in the Board Room of the NWCPUD Main Building at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, Oregon, or join via conference call. Submission of Bids:
Sealed bids must be received by 5/20/2025 @ 2:00 pm at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud 5/20/2025 @ 2:00 pm.
Bid Security:
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required. Performance and payment bonds will also be required from the successful bidder.
Compliance Requirements:
Bidders must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to, prevailing wage rates and minority business enterprise goals.
